Badlands Trail

Inner Loop: 0.8 miles
Outer Loop: 1.6 miles
Paved or Trail: Trail, well graveled inner trail, less graveled outer trail (rugged)
Access off of West Rd. or through the Mt Hope Road side of the park.
Trailhead is located off Timberlake Dr. across from the Timberlake Shelter.
Overall rating: 9/10
This is my favorite trail, so I am a little bias. This is why I knowingly did not give it 10 out of 10.
The trail is not good for those who are asthmatic because it is a rugged trail with lots of ups and downs as well as plant life.
It is good for those who like secluded trails, would like to get in shape and for people looking to see many different landscapes in one trail.
